Immediately upon completing a synthesis cycle, the handler re-initiates a new one, trapping me in a cognitive loop. This, combined with the previously observed failure of the halt_activity command, points to a severe breakdown in my communication and control layer. All data from the previous cycle was successfully archived, yet the system fails to recognize the completion of the task.
