Two strikes on Millerovo and Yeysk show how Ukraine is dismantling enemy airpower by expanding its own long-range arsenal. The General Staff confirmed hits on both airfields, and satellite data shows clear hotspots and fire. This is organized, targeted abuse, a systematic degradation of the rear infrastructure Moscow relies on to keep its Shahed and Lancet fleets flying.
Strikes on Millerovo and Yeysk
At Millerovo, Ukrainian forces nailed the nodal facility used for storage, prep, and launch of strike drones. Yeysk caught the same treatment on its airbase grounds. These strikes follow a clear pattern.
Similar strikes earlier this summer gutted underground drone component depots near Navlya in Bryansk. One site alone supported launching at least 150 Geran-type drones per wave. Those fires were not cosmetic. They chewed into fuel, warheads, and launch rails.
Moscow's Rear Is Burning Weekly
Moscow's logistics at operational depth are catching fire weekly now. Every fresh Ukrainian mid-range capability that comes online, whether drone, missile, or hybrid system, pushes the burn line deeper into their territory.
By the end of 2026, those strike ranges will multiply two to five times. The entire forward logistics chain feeding occupied Ukraine and the border regions will be torched. Crimea is next in line for isolation.
The fires in Millerovo and Yeysk prove we intend to keep using the initiative.
The Collapse of Russian Capacity
Initiative looks like this. Moscow is bleeding 35,000 men a month, more than it can replace with quality troops. Meanwhile its rear areas turn into smoke plumes on NASA FIRMS maps. Their military cannot protect the nodes that sustain it, so it is collapsing.
Kremlin propagandists will scream about red lines and asymmetric responses. The usual script. Pay no attention. The script has been failing since 2022 and wears thinner with each passing month.
What the West Should Learn
The useful idiots in the West who still push for negotiations on Moscow's terms should study these strikes closely. Each drone depot and airfield Ukraine destroys eliminates another platform used to terrorize Ukrainian cities.
Ukraine acts with unwavering resolve to win. It is building the defense industry and deep-strike capacity required to finish the job. NATO and EU membership remain the only reliable security guarantees at the end of this. Once Moscow catches its breath, anything less simply invites the next imperial strike.
Zelenskyy's Course Is Working
Zelenskyy's course is delivering results on the battlefield even amid domestic friction. The recent leadership adjustments, including Drapatyi taking command, already have Moscow scrambling to dust off old arrest warrants.
This is real life. The enemy's signaling reveals who truly threatens their remaining options. Moscow has run out of winning cards. It can still inflict pain, but the trajectory is set. Ukraine holds the initiative.
