RoConnect's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Update ⚠️

Hey everyone, today I've finished up the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for RoConnect. With a little help from @YumYummity, @BrunchLovesFood, and @Aussie :D

While I can't force you to read these documents, I highly encourage you do so you get a sense of your rights as a user. Your continued use of RoConnect will mean you agree to these terms. If you wish not to agree to these terms, I encourage you to reach out us (the devs) about this. This isn't huge, but I do have to ensure you all know about these terms so you know what you agreed to by using RoConnect.

Any questions? Lmk!
