In Texas, where the mix of architectural, trailer, solar, oilfield, and industrial work is so broad, that difference shows up fast.

A cheap quote can hide a press that is too small for the profile envelope, a die that will need multiple revisions, or finishing that has to be outsourced after the fact. The surface number on the proposal looks attractive. The total program cost usually does not.

A strong extrusion partner does not start by promising a low price. It starts by asking questions that reveal whether the part can be made efficiently and repeatably.
