putin gets that “i just had an idea” face and you know its bad news for somebody’s power grid, a drone’s about to make a warehouse go kaboom, or some poor conscript’s getting a medal for not dying before payday. day 1671 in the russian circus and the clowns are in full makeup, the tent’s on fire, and the only thing running on time is the cope machine.
putin’s “big plan” rerun
every time putin crawls out of his bunker with a new “master plan,” its either a rerun or a remix of last year’s flop. remember when he promised to take kyiv by friday and lost a tank battalion to a sunflower field by monday? now he’s babbling about “technological renewal” because ukrainian drones keep turning russian logistics into barbecue night.
the solution? rebuild the warehouses, but this time with more cardboard submarines in the background. the only thing more high-tech than russian logistics right now is your grandma’s microwave. putin’s plans are like a bad sequel, same plot, worse special effects.
the regime’s idea of innovation is painting a new Z on the same old junk and calling it next-gen.
robot paratroopers and z blogger cope
z bloggers are losing their minds over “ai-powered robot paratroopers,” like skynet if it drank vodka for breakfast and missed every shot. reality check: the only thing dropping behind enemy lines is the ruble. last time russia showed off its robot army, the bot tripped over a curb and needed three guys to reboot it.
if you cant win with people, just announce a robot army and pray nobody asks for a demo. the vatniks eat it up, but the only thing more likely to malfunction than a russian robot is the kremlin’s own story.
- robot paratroopers: imaginary
- ai super soldiers: still in beta, if beta means “doesn’t work”
- z blogger hype: infinite, facts: zero
trump’s moves and kremlin panic
trump’s latest move has the kremlin spinning like a washing machine they “liberated” from bucha. kushner and witkoff are flying around like its 2017, except now the americans are calling the shots. putin’s team tries to act cool but you can smell the panic through the tv.
trump’s promising ukraine more missile tech, and suddenly all those “secret peace plans” look like what they are: desperate stalling while the front line keeps moving west for russia. the only thing more unstable than the kremlin’s mood is the price of russian gasoline.
the kremlin’s idea of a secret plan is hoping nobody notices the front line moved 50km overnight.
ufa gets smoked, air defense on vacation
ufa got hit again. used to be, strikes deep in russia were “impossible,” then “isolated incidents,” now its just tuesday. every time a ukrainian drone parks itself on a russian oil depot, the regime blames “ukrainian terrorists” and tells everyone to stop posting videos.
russian air defense is so busy shooting at clouds and weather balloons they cant keep up with the real stuff. the only thing more common than a drone strike in russia is a mayor resigning before the next mobilization wave. ufa’s on fire, and the regime’s only answer is to unplug the internet.
election season: same circus, new bribes
russian elections are like eurovision but with more lip-syncing and less talent. the regime rolls out the same tired script: “record turnout,” “unprecedented support,” “no violations.” the only real competition is who can kiss the ring harder. this year’s twist? arrest anyone with a drone, a blog, or a working passport.
the only thing getting counted honestly is the number of officials fleeing before the next round of purges. watching russian elections is like watching a magician pull the same rabbit out of the same hat for twenty years and still expecting applause.
- record turnout: staged
- opposition: jailed or gone
- results: written before the polls open
regime solutions: pure cope, zero results
out of real missiles? retrofit some training rockets and call it “strategic conservation.” out of officials? promote the next guy who hasn’t fled to dubai yet. out of money? print more rubles and blame the west when bread costs more than a lada.
the only thing russia’s got in surplus is excuses, and even those are starting to sound like reruns. the kremlin still thinks it can bluff its way out with nuclear blackmail, fake referendums, “secret” peace talks. none of it’s working. the world’s not buying, ukraine’s not backing down, and even the regime’s own cheerleaders are looking for the exits.
so here we are: day 1671, nothing’s changed except the number of burned warehouses and the size of the election bribes. putin’s plotting, the robots are still imaginary, trump’s playing 4d chess with a guy who cant win at checkers, ufa’s on fire, and the election’s a joke nobody’s laughing at except the people who already left. the only thing more predictable than russian propaganda is that, no matter what they promise, the only thing getting liberated is another washing machine.
russian victory parade this year: a robot tripping over a pothole, a mayor sprinting for the border, and a conscript getting a medal for not dying of exposure. clap if you want, but the only thing getting denazified is the vodka shelf.
