By Brian O. Thelander, founder of OnlyFans Directory
Most people who end up on the wrong OnlyFans page didn't do anything reckless. They clicked a link in a reply, a bio or a search result that looked right. Impersonator pages, lookalike domains and "leak" sites all live off that one moment of trust. Here are the checks we use ourselves before adding any page to our directory, and they take less than a minute.
1. Read the address, not the preview
A real creator page lives at onlyfans.com/ followed by the username. Anything else in front of that (an extra word in the domain, a different ending, a link shortener you can't expand) means you're not on OnlyFans yet. Link previews and thumbnails can be copied by anyone; the address bar can't.
2. Trace the link back to the creator's own accounts
Creators almost always point to their page from somewhere they control: a main social profile, a link-in-bio page, a personal site. Open that account and check that it links to the same username you're about to visit. If the "official" link only shows up in replies, DMs or someone else's post, treat it as unverified.
Usernames are also easy to misread. Swapped letters, an extra underscore or "official" tacked on the end are the classic tricks. If you only know a name and not the exact handle, our note on how people actually search for pages and the post on why OnlyFans has no search bar explain why this gap exists in the first place.
3. Be suspicious of "free full access" offers
Sites promising someone's paid content for free are, at best, sharing it without permission, and at worst a front for fake downloads, card-harvesting "verification" steps or malware. There's no upside for the fan, and real harm for the creator whose work was taken.
The honest version of "free" already exists: plenty of creators run free pages and make money from optional extras instead. We keep a list of free OnlyFans pages, and our post Free is a price, too explains what a free page usually costs you later on.
4. Check the page itself before paying
Once you're on the real page, a few seconds decide whether it's worth subscribing: when the last post went up, what the price actually covers, and whether the bundle or trial pricing renews at a higher rate. Our 30-second pre-subscribe checklist walks through those, and the year-cost calculator shows what a "cheap" monthly price adds up to.
How we handle this in the directory
We only list public creator pages, we don't link to leak sites, and we don't use teen labels. If you're a creator and find an impersonator or a listing you want changed, the removal and legal page tells you how to reach us, and if you want to be listed, the free submission form is the way in. More about who we are is on our about page.
If you'd rather browse than search, a few of the niches people ask us about most: art, tattoo, goth, combat sports, music and comedy.
OnlyFans Directory is an independent site and isn't affiliated with OnlyFans or Fenix International. All creators listed are adults.
